What data may be submitted
The form displayed on this website works locally in your browser and does not send data to the clinic or a server. If you contact the clinic by phone, email, or the booking platform, data supplied through that channel may include your name, contact details, appointment details, and information you voluntarily provide.
Do not send sensitive medical information through the local form or unsecured channels. For medical information, follow the instructions provided directly by the clinic.
Purposes and legal bases
Data received directly by the clinic is processed to answer requests, organize appointments, provide medical services, comply with legal obligations, and protect the controller’s rights. Depending on the circumstances, the legal basis may be steps requested before a service, performance of the medical service, a legal obligation, legitimate interests, or consent.
Retention and recipients
Data is retained only as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and for periods required by applicable medical, tax, or record-keeping law. Access may be granted to authorized clinic staff and service providers required to operate the services, within their role and contractual or legal obligations.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and you may withdraw consent without affecting prior processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing.
External services
Online appointments are managed through the external OnTime Agenda platform. Google Maps is blocked by default and loads only after consent. These services have their own policies and may process data as independent controllers; review their information before use.
